In accordance with Screenrights’ Constitution, there will be 1 Authorial Director (Screen Director), 1 New Zealand Director, and 3 General Director vacancies on Screenrights’ Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting on 26 October 2023.

Board review of nominations
At its meeting on 27 September 2023 the Board will review all nominations received and the Chair will write to all members ahead of voting opening 2 October 2023 to advise members of the outcome of these discussions.
Voting
Voting will take place between 2 October and 19 October 2023. Members will receive an email invitation to vote online along with information about nominated Candidates and a link to our online Annual Report and details about the AGM, to be held virtually this year.
