In accordance with Screenrights’ Constitution, there will be 1 Authorial Director, 1 New Zealand Director, and 3 General Director vacancies on Screenrights’ Board of Directors at the next Annual General Meeting on 29 October 2020.
Screenrights members have received instructions on the nomination process, and nominations close 5pm AEST today, Friday 18 September.
Board review of nominations
At its meeting on 23 September 2020 the Board will review all nominations received and the Chair will write to all members ahead of voting opening 1 October 2020 to advise members of the outcome of these discussions.
Voting
Voting will take place between 1 October and 22 October 2020. Members will receive an email invitation to vote online along with information about nominated Candidates and a link to our online Annual Report and details about the AGM, to be held virtually this year.
