The Presumptions currently acknowledge the following Australian industry agreed contracts, which relate to the payment of specific Statutory Royalties to the writer of a script:
- SPA-AWG Series and Serials Agreement 2008
- SPA-AWG Miniseries and Telemovie Agreement 2010
- SPA-AWG Children’s Television Agreement 2011
