The 2016 Call for submissions to the Copyright Collecting Societies Code of Conduct review is now open. You can download the notice here.
Each Collecting Society is subject to the Code, a copy of which is available here. A review is conducted annually into each Society’s compliance with the Code’s standards of conduct.
Code Reviewer The Hon Kevin Lindgren AM, QC is currently reviewing compliance for the period 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016, and is accordingly accepting submissions regarding the Societies’ compliance or non-compliance to the Code.
Submissions are open until 31 July 2016, should be made in writing and addressed to:
