In December 2018, Screenrights announced the establishment of a new Competing Claims Fund to ensure all members have at least one year in which to resolve their competing claims. Screenrights’ Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Policy has now been updated to reflect this change. A broad review of resolution pathways for competing claims is underway, and in the coming months we will seek member input into potential policy changes that respond to identified opportunities for improvement.
