The 2017 Call for submissions to the Copyright Collecting Societies Code of Conduct review is now open.
Each Collecting Society is subject to the Code, a copy of which is available here. A review is conducted annually into each Society’s compliance with the Code’s standards of conduct.
Code Reviewer The Hon Kevin Lindgren AM, QC is currently reviewing compliance for the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017, and is accordingly accepting submissions regarding the Societies’ compliance or non-compliance to the Code.
Submissions are open until 31 July 2017, should be made in writing and addressed to:
